Payment for all accommodation and minibar items must be made in full on the day of departure (if not already paid). Overdue/recovery charges may be applied if your account is not paid on time. All unit keys must be returned to the office unless prior arrangements have been made.
Unaccompanied minors cannot book, or check in to the motel.
No visitors are allowed in rooms after 10.00pm. Any damage to the room or property may be charged, plus a charge for any resulting loss of income if applicable.
Comfort Inn Tayesta is a non-smoking establishment. If you smoke inside any unit or associated buildings, you will be charged appropriate cleaning and loss of income charges. This also applies to strong cooking odours e.g. fish, spices, oils.

All online reservations will be charged on confirmation. Only one discount/loyalty program applies per booking.
Amendments and cancellations must be made directly with the hotel or online.
Cancellation within 48 hours of check-in, will be charged the first nights accommodation.
In the case of a No Show a fee of one night at the set rate for each room booked will be charged to your credit card.
Cancellations during special event periods or high season
Bookings cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival will forfeit one night's accommodation in full. Bookings cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival will forfeit the entire accommodation in full.
